Q: How to register/ sign in to my member account?
A: Please press “Sign Up” for registering new account, “Sign In” for logging in. Here is the link.
Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?
A: Please click “Forgot your password?” and an email will be sent to you in order to reset it.
Q: If I want to purchase items out of stock or not on the page, what should I do?
A: Please Contact Us, we will let you know if there would be more available. If you want to pay on our web with credit card, we may send you a dedicated page for purchasing.
Q: Can I get my order by courier if I chose to pick up at store?
A: Yes.
Q: Who can receive my items?
A: If you chose delivering by courier, we will send the items to your appointed address, delivery service would subject to courier company, anyone present at the exact delivery address can receive the order. The carrier will obtain the recipient's signature.
Q: Can it be delivered to work ?
Every delivery location is possible: hotels, work, holidays residence, courier self pick up lockers and hospitals.
Only PO boxes are NOT eligible.
Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the delivery address.
It is possible to schedule a delivery to your workplace.
Q: How long does delivery takes?
A: Delivery time may differ due to item locations, since they may be sent from our Macau store,Hong Kong, Europe, UK, USA, etc. Please Contact Us for delivery lead time, we may arrange accordingly if needed.
Q: How to pick up at store?
A: We will inform you when your items arrived at our store, you are welcome to pick up during our business hours within 7 days of notice. Please show your purchasing confirmation email or invoice AND phone number for pick up.
Q: Can I ask a friend or family to pick-up?
A: Yes, please contact us in advance, we will give you a collecting code to make sure they are picking up for you.
Q: What if I can’t pick-up within 7 days of arrival at store?
A: According to our T&C, if you fail to settle full payment within 7 days of item arrival at our store, your order will be canceled, and will NOT be refunded. We suggest you to Contact Us to settle payments first, then we will arrange pick-up or courier service for you.
Q: If reserved items are not available or severely damaged during delivery, how long does it take to refund?
A: Please contact us ASAP if you’ve received damaged items. It would take 7-10 days after we received the item or when items are not available.
Q: Is the stocks on the page updated daily?
A: Yes, we will update our stock as fast as possible. Since this page is in its early stage, please follow our Instagram, click the bell on the top right corner at our Instagram Page and check “Posts” and “Stories”, then you will receive our latest updates.
